Clara You

Clara is a Senior studying Mechanical Engineering with an expected graduation in Spring 2027 and is passionate about Aeronautics. She brings a variety of skills from her experience working as a Lab Technician at the College of Engineering Fabrication Lab and from her Co-Op at Delta TechOps in the Cabin Maintenance Engineering & Programs department. Her responsibilities include assisting project teams with CAD modeling, 3D printing, and iterative testing to bring concepts from idea to reality.

CREATE Labs offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge 3D printers and collaborate with talented project groups to bring ideas to life through design and prototyping. This means applying design and manufacturing principles learned in her coursework while exploring new fabrication techniques. From her Co-Op at Delta TechOps, Clara brings strong vendor management skills and experience working across diverse teams with different priorities and needs. She is looking to expand her skills in advanced materials with the goal of pursuing a career in the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) industry after graduation. In her free time she loves to run marathons and watch The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (Extended Ver.).
