Joseph Rodelas

Joseph is an Electrical Engineering major with an expected graduation of May 2028. Joining CREATE labs in February 2025, he has grown his skills in ergonomic electrical design and client-side relations. His responsibilities include consulting work for electrical design and converting CREATE's designs into client-accessible formats.

For him, CREATE means the opportunity for experiential learning and application of design principles learned in his current and past coursework. His completed work includes the Heated Athletic Sleeve and Self-Watering Pot. Through his projects, he has matured his capabilities in PCB design, microcontrollers, electrical wiring and soldering, looking to grow his skillset in both CAD and coding. Joseph is deciding between a focus in embedded systems or power systems, hoping to apply systems thinking in either field. After completing his undergraduate degree, he looks to pursus a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering.
