Lane Holley

Lane is a Mechanical Engineering major with an expected graduation date in May 2027. Being involved with CREATE for 3 years now, Lane has developed skills in leadership, client communciation, design for 3D printing, electrical. His involvement entails project management, mechanical design consultation, employee training, and expanding 3D printing capabilities.

He has contributed to projects such as the repairing/upgrading various 3D printers and providing SOP documentation, continuing to develop a custom toolchanger 3D printer, and the Heated Sleeve project. Lane's goal is to provide the mechanical design and manufacturing capabilities to collaboratively tackle any project. Lane has interned for a city water department and in Design Engineering for Roper Pump Company. After completing his undergraduate degree, Lane intends to pursue a Master's in Mechanical Engineering through the Double Dawgs program. From there he aims to work as a New Product Development Engineer in industry.
